Visa Assistance Agreement

My Destination Tours and Travel does not guarantee the approval of your visa application. The determination of visa approval or denial is made solely by the embassy of the country where the visa is lodged based on specific parameters set forth by them and is in no way influenced by My Destination Tours and Travel.

Terms and Conditions

  • My Destination Tours and Travel will not be liable for any additional expense that the customer may incur in line with their visa application.
  • All documents submitted to My Destination Tours and Travel and then submitted to the embassy will no longer be returned.
  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide all of the requirements set forth by the embassy.
  • My Destination Tours and Travel will provide approximate processing time for the visa application. However, processing time may change without prior notice. Processing time may be shortened or extended depending on the processing duration of the embassy. My Destination Tours and Travel will also not be liable for any additional expense that the customer may incur due to the delay in processing of the embassy.
  • Applicants are not encouraged to book any flight or hotel without a valid visa.
  • The visa assistance fee charged by My Destination Tours and Travel and visa application fee payable to the embassy is non-refundable regardless of the decision of the embassy. In the event a customer pulls out their application and the visa application is not yet lodged at the embassy, the visa application fee may be refunded. The visa assistance fee however remains non-refundable.
  • For non-appearance applications, the applicant understands that the embassy may later on require an appearance/interview. It is the responsibility of the applicant to adhere to this requirement should the embassy require this at a later time.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that all questions regarding your visa application have been answered completely by My Destination Tours and Travel's representative before signing this agreement.
