Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices may change without prior notice. You are required to pay the entire booking amount to initiate confirmation of the booking. Confirmation of booking does not happen instantaneously. Confirmation of booking is deemed final upon the issuance of travel vouchers/documents to the client.

  • There will be no refund for "No Shows" or any partially unused flights or services.
  • All bookings once confirmed are final. If the client wants to cancel or change the booking, it will be subject to the authorization of the airline, hotel, tour operator and/or travel agency based on applicable terms and conditions set forth by the entity.
  • Authorized refunds for customer canceled flights, hotel or land services could take up to 6 months to process. The travel agency will advise the client once the refund has been issued by the airline, hotel or tour operator.
  • All tickets / bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective airlines / supplier. Please refer to the airline's terms and conditions on the website before booking the ticket. By accepting our booking terms, the customer also agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or supplier.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. Standard documentary requirements will apply (example: DSWD Travel Permit, etc.). Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s).
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to secure the necessary visa, travel permit or any document necessary to travel to a specific destination. My Destination Tours and Travel will not be liable for any additional cost or expense a passenger might incur for not having the required travel documents.
  • Every booking made through My Destination Tours and Travel is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. If you amend your booking, it may be subjected to any applicable fare difference, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference in the amount will not be refunded. Rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • Any changes on the flight, hotel or land services initiated by the client will be subject to an applicable change fee. A change fee of Php 500 per passenger will be applicable and this will be collected together with any applicable fare difference related to booking being changed. This also applies to cancellation.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended or cancelled. You will be informed of this policy before we confirm your booking and accept your payment. Signing this agreement signifies that the airline policy has been explained to you prior to confirmation of your booking.
  • It is mandatory to contact My Destination Tours and Travel for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund to you directly tickets booked thru My Destination.
  • Convenience fees, sales taxes, administrative fee and agent fee paid at the time of the booking is non-refundable fee and shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made or will be refunded using the company's checking account depending on the type of booking. You will be advised how the refund will be issued when the process is initiated.
  • In case, where the user has canceled his/her booking directly with the airlines, hotel or land operator, he/she will need to inform My Destination Tours and Travel with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact My Destination Tours and Travel within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • In cases of force majeure or acts of God, refunds will be subject to airline, hotel and tour operator's policies and procedures. Please note that the full amount may not be refunded especially the convenience fee, sales taxes, administrative fee and/or agent fee.

NOTE: My Destination Tours and Travel is a travel agency that provides easy and convenient access to travel reservations and bookings. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. My Destination Tours and Travel shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective airline.
