Credit / Debit Card Payment Authorization
This form authorizes My Destination Tours and Travel to process payment for travel services using your credit or debit card. By signing this agreement, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are the lawful holder of the card.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment Acceptance: We accept various non-cash payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment platforms.
- Credit Card Verification: All credit card transactions require an authorization process to confirm validity and available funds. Your booking is not confirmed until authorization is complete.
- Cardholder Agreement: By using a credit card for payments, you confirm that the card is legally owned by you and that you agree to be bound by the terms of the card issuer.
- Payment Security: We ensure the security of your payment information in compliance with data protection laws. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures for all transactions.
- Payment Processing Fees: Some payments may incur processing fees, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. These fees are non-refundable.
- Currency Conversion: Transactions will be processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). For cards issued outside the Philippines, the currency conversion rate is determined by the card issuer, and we are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the issuer.
- Chargebacks: In case of a chargeback request by the cardholder, we reserve the right to dispute such requests if we provide the agreed-upon services. Chargeback disputes will be handled as per the guidelines of the respective payment processor and card issuer.
- Non-Cash Payment Refunds: Refunds for bookings paid through non-cash methods will be processed back to the original payment method within the stipulated time frame in our refund policy.
- Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made with a payment method that is later identified as unauthorized or fraudulent.
- Delayed or Declined Payments: In case of a delayed or declined payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. We are not responsible for any inconveniences or costs incurred due to such cancellations.
- Payment Confirmation: Receipt of payment will be confirmed via email or through our booking platform. Ensure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Disputes and Inquiries: For any disputes or inquiries related to non-cash payments, please contact our customer service within a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
- Amendments and Cancellations: Amendments or cancellations of bookings made through non-cash payments follow our standard amendment and cancellation policies.
- Compliance with Laws: All transactions are subject to the relevant laws and regulations of the Philippines, including anti-money laundering laws.
