My Destination Tours and Travel (DOT-accredited, operating since 2018) is aware that scammers sometimes pretend to be legitimate travel agencies to collect money from travelers. Please read this advisory before you transact with anyone who claims to represent us.

1 Our Official Email Addresses

We send emails only from these addresses:

We do not use Gmail, Yahoo, or other free email accounts for bookings or payments. If you receive an email from any other address that uses our name, do not reply, do not click any links, and do not send payment.

2 Our Official Phone Numbers

We call and send messages only from these numbers:

If someone contacts you from a different number and says they are from My Destination, please call one of the numbers above to verify first.

3 Our Official Facebook Page

Our only official Facebook page is:

Scammers often create fake pages with a similar name, logo, and photos. Before you message us, check that the page link matches exactly the one above.

4 Official Payment Channels

You can pay us only through these channels:

a. In person at our office (cash and non-cash payments)

We will never ask you to send payment to:

  • A personal or individual bank account
  • A GCash, Maya, or other e-wallet in a person's name
  • Any bank account with a different account name
  • Any remittance center or other payment channel not listed above
5 Payments Outside Official Channels

Payments made to any other bank account, individual, or payment channel not listed above will NOT be honored, unless the payment has been authorized in writing by the management of My Destination Tours and Travel.

My Destination Tours and Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or failed booking that results from payments made outside our official channels.

6 If You Are Unsure, Verify First

Before you pay, please:

  1. Call any of our official numbers to confirm the booking and the amount.
  2. Make sure the account name on the payment details is exactly MY DESTINATION TOURS AND TRAVEL.
  3. Keep your official receipt or deposit slip and send a copy to sales@travelwithmyd.com.
7 Report Suspicious Activity

If you think someone is using our name to scam you or others, please report it to us right away through any official channel listed above. You may also report it to:

  • PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group
  • NBI Cybercrime Division
